Demonic Blood Crying Doll

This was another requested look! I got really excited when I got asked to do a "demonic blood crying doll" because it made me get creative. I loved how this turned out and I hope you guys do too!

So I started off with my regular foundation routine then did extreme blush on the apples of my cheeks with a bright pink blush.
Then I took a light pink lip liner in "Candy" by Bh Cosmetics, and I outlined my lips and filled them in.
When I was outlining my lips I made my bottom lip a little bigger to make it look more doll-like and a little more pouty.
I then went over the lip liner with Bh Cosmetics' Lipstick in Pop Cultured.
I used a light brown eyeshadow and a light gray eyeshadow to create the shading needed to make my mouth look like it was in a permanent smile or smirk. I did this by shading in the smile lines from my nose down, following my natural smile lines, I also extended my smile curving it on the ends to make it look a little more like a dolls smile.
After I finished the mouth, I moved on to the eyes. I primed the eyes, then applied a shimmery cream color all over my lid up to my eyebrows (you can use what ever shimmery color you'd like) I then used a tan color and applied this to the crease area, kind of creating a new crease which is a little higher than my natural crease, to make my eyes appear bigger than they are.
I later went in with a light brown eyeshadow and put this over my eyebrows and darkened up the area a little, which also helped in making my eyes appear bigger.
I used a white eyeliner and put this in my water line as well as underneath my eye to also make my eyes look bigger. I lined my eyes on the top with a black liquid liner, making it a little thicker in the center, and then winged it out at the end. I also used this liner underneath the white eyeliner I applied previously.
To create my doll eyebrows I took a light brown eye shadow and drew them on higher than my natural eyebrows in a thin curved shape.
I applied thick false lashes on my top lash line and on my new bottom lash line, I did thinner, but a longer strip of false lashes, these lashes helped make the eyes look more doll like, because dolls tend to have thicker and longer lashes on the bottom as well as the top.

Now you could stop here and this is what it would look like:

Or you can add a red lip liner underneath your new lash line on the bottom and make it look like its dripping down from the corner of your eyes as well. I added a fake blood on top of the lip liner to make it look more 3D and give it more texture and a shine that makes it look a little more real.
And this is what that looks like:

Zippered Eye

This was a requested look! My friend Kendra requested that I do this, a looooong time ago, (sorry it took me so long to do!) and here it is! A Zippered eye.

I used a zipper used in sewing, I just cut the fabric off and cut the zipper to the size I wanted it, unzipped it so it would be an opened zipper, and I glued it to my face, using spirit gum.
Spirit Gum is very dangerous around your eye area, so if you are un-experienced use with Spirit Gum please use this very, VERY carefully. Especially around the eye area. It's dangerous. You could glue your eye shut, which is not fun, and you could go blind. So just be very careful. If you are under the age of 18 please get a parent or an adult to help you, or just avoid the eye area completely!
Anyway. I used spirit gum and patted it before sticking my zipper into place. Then I filled in the area with a red lip pencil, then added fake blood! It's very easy to do, the only problem is having glue so close to your eye and it is absolutely terrifying. And the fumes from the spirit gum definitely made my eyes burn. Just so everyone knows, it is not a fun experience, once it was dry I couldn't smell it and the fumes weren't there anymore so it dried fine, and it didn't bother me at all, this DOES NOT mean it won't bother you. Everyone is different and everyone has different reactions to things. So what doesn't break me out, or what doesn't bother me could bother your skin.
Okay enough safety warnings. I hope you guys like this look if you want to watch how I did it then click here .

And enjoy these pictures!

Daily Plan!

Look what I made!!

I know this isn't really what I usually blog about (I don't usually blog, anyway so...) BUT. I was so proud of how it turned out, I had to share it. I'm going to figure out a way to actually use it every single day. I'm not sure how I'm going to carry it with me yet...Maybe I'll make it a smaller size and laminate it, so it won't get ruined...Or I'll print off a bunch of them and use one every day! I have no idea yet. What are your thoughts??

I think it looks really cool. And maybe I'll make a few different ones so I have a variety I can choose from each day! I have no idea why I'm so excited over a Daily Plan template thing...But I am!

I'm just glad it turned out good!

Frankenstein's Monster

Frankenstein's Monster inspired Halloween makeup! This is what I was for actual Halloween. And yes, I did go out in public with it. I went out to eat wearing it and got TONS of compliments.

For the stitches I used actual black thread and it took FOREVER. This entire look took over two hours to do. So if you're planning on doing this look keep that in mind!
For the wound I used Mehron's liquid latex and Mehron's stage blood.
For the monster side of my face I used Mehron's Fantasy x face paint in teal, then used Bh Cosmetics eye shadows to highlight and contour.

And time for some fun edits that make the makeup look even cooler!

As always if you have any questions about this look or anything else please feel free to ask!

Cartoon Makeup

This is my cartoon makeup look! A friend of mine asked if I could recreate this look from a picture he found on Instagram. So I did! I would probably do the tears a little different the next time I create this look, but overall I think it looks really cool! And it was super easy!

If you want to know how I created this look then click here .

For this look I used Nyx's Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Milk" for the dots all over my face. Bh Cosmetics eyeshadow in blues and whites for my eyes and the tears. And a black liquid liner for the outlines!

If you have any questions about this look feel free to ask!

Queen of Hearts

This is my Queen of Hearts inspired makeup look! Obviously it is not a traditional Queen of Hearts makeup. I used some inspiration to create the face makeup, but then twisted it. And put a big bloody heart on my chest! If you haven't already noticed I like twisting makeups into gorier, creepier looking makeups!

Before anyone asks, I do not own ANY colored contacts. My eyes are black because I edited the picture to make them look black. I would LOVE to have colored contacts especially for Halloween makeup looks, but I cannot afford them.

For the heart I used Mehron's liquid latex to outline the heart, and then Mehron's stage blood to fill in the heart and have it drip down. I also put a little bit of fake blood on my lips and let it drip down a little bit.

All eye shadows I used were by Bh Cosmetics!

Okay so this photo looks amazing. I found a thing on picmonkey where it will lay blood over your picture. and this blood pattern looked awesome.

If you have any questions about this makeup or anything else, please feel free to ask!

Little Red Riding Hood

This is my "Little Red Riding Hood" Halloween makeup! I LOVE this. I wanted to do a Little Red where she got attacked, but I still wanted it to look pretty. So I have claw marks on my cheek and chest, a dark dramatic eye makeup, and my red hood :)

I used Mehron's liquid latex to create the claw marks on my face and chest, and for the blood I used Mehron's stage blood! for the irritation around the wounds I used a pink eye shadow. If you have any other question's about this look feel free to ask.

I got my hooded cape from Walmart during Halloween and got lucky to find a red one!

My dress is from ebay. I got very lucky that it actually fit because I did not pay attention to sizes. I just saw it and thought "That would be awesome for little red riding hood. I need it." it's short so I wore pants underneath it.
Thank you Miss Luna-Grace for being patient with me and letting me put my wolf hat on you so you could be "The Big Bad Wolf" in my picture :) You did great! And thank you Mom for being my photographer for this makeup!

The Joker

My Joker! I absolutely love my Joker look. I love the wrinkles and the way the paint is kind of faded and looks like it's wearing off. And the smudged eyes. I love this Halloween makeup so freaking much. The Joker and Harley Quinn are my two favorite Batman villains, or just villains in general. I had so much fun creating this look, and will probably be creating the look again in the future.

I'm sad that I only have one photo that I like of this look. But I'm posting this anyway. Maybe when I recreate the look I'll get some better pictures :)

Anyway! I used Mehron's face paint in white all over my face. I used a drug store black eye liner on my eyes and smudged it out using my fingers. I used a tan eye shadow to create the wrinkles on my forehead and nose and to darken my smile lines. I used Mehron's liquid latex for my gross smile, then used Bh cosmetics lip liner in "Retro" all over my lips and the latex. I also used Mehron's face paint in "Green" in my Hair! It is a little drying but it does not hurt your hair other than that. And if you're worried about your hair changing colors because you color your hair, don't worry about it! I dye my hair all the time and all the green washed out easy. Just use a deep conditioner or leave your conditioner in for a longer time to get your hair moisturized after putting the face paint in your hair.

I hope you guys like this makeup as much as I do :)

Steampunk Inspired Makeup

This is my Steampunk inspired Halloween robot look. If you want to watch the tutorial for this look then click here .

I won't be going through how I created this look in my blog, but if you have any questions feel free to ask! I just wanted to share pictures :)

This is the look without all the crazy face paint everywhere. So you could leave it like this or you could paint your entire face and neck and it will look like the photos below.

I used Mehron's Fantasy X Face Paints in Gold, Copper and Silver. Then Bh Cosmetics eye shadows for the eyes mouth and some shading around the gears.

If you have any questions about this look feel free to ask!

Demon Mouth

This is my favorite and most popular Halloween makeup tutorial that I have made so far on YouTube. This is my "Demon Mouth" tutorial.

If you want to watch how I created this look then click here

The photo above is an original photo that hasn't been edited. The following pictures however have all been edited and tweaked to make the "Demon Mouth" look more scary. I also edited a few of the pictures to make it look like I have contacts in. So before I get questions about my "Contacts" I don't have any colored contacts. I just edited the picture to make it look like I did. Purely for special effects and to have fun scary looking pictures!

So in this post I'm not going to tell how I did the look, I just wanted to share some of my creepy picture edits:)

This one is by far my favorite. I loved the white eyes with the demon Mouth. And it looks more like the darkness is my mouth than seeing my real mouth under the paint.

This one is more ghostly, which if I could make it a gif and make it all twitchy and stuff it would be awesome. But I have no idea how to do that. If you do, feel free to! And post it to my Facebook, or tag me on Twitter or Instagram!

With this one I just really wanted to use the fire in a picture and since it was a demon look I thought fire was appropriate, like a Hell Demon.

And then I did a Frankenstein inspired edit with a spider web.

Batty Eyes

This look was from October 26th. A friend from work posted the photo to my Facebook and asked me to try to recreate it, so I did!

So this is the look that I did. It was for Halloween! I used Bh Cosmetics Eye Shadow from the "Party Girl - After Hours" Palette, a drugstore liquid liner to make the wing and the bats, my Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in "Milk" For the moon, Bh Cosmetics Lip Liner in Raspberry (I think) on my lips, with the Hot Pink lipstick on top, which was also by Bh Cosmetics, and I forgot the name of it and don't have it on me or I'd tell you it. I also used Bh Cosmetics eye shadows on my lips to make the gradient effect!

The photo is a little blurry, but this is the eye look up close. I used a silver mixed with a little white on my eye lid, then used a purple eye shadow in the crease and up to my eyebrow, then took a pink eye shadow and put that on my brow bone and blended it into the purple to kind of give a gradient effect. I then used a stiff brush and black eye shadow and made the cut crease, took my Nyx Jumbo eye pencil in milk and made the moon, patted white eye shadow on the moon to keep it in place, then went back over the cut crease to make sure it was dark. I put the purple and pink eye shadow underneath my eye as well, making the same gradient that I did on the brow bone.

For my lips I used a hot pink lip liner, then a hot pink lipstick both by Bh Cosmetics. Then took a purple eye shadow and patted (do not swipe it on, it will pull some of the lipstick off, pack it on with patting motions) the shadow on into the corners of my mouth. I then used my finger, (you can use a lip brush if you'd like, I just prefer my finger) to blend the purple and the pink together a little bit so that it would be a gradient.

And that was my look!

Sephora Haul

This is my Sephora Haul <- click there
If you want to see me unbox everything and show all the things I got!
But, if you don't, or you want to see swatches, then keep reading :)

Urban Decay's TEN 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil Set
In the set there is 10 eyeliners, 9 of the eyeliners are the travel sized, and 1 (Perversion) is a full sized eyeliner. You also get a Sharpener for your eyeliners.
This set is $52.00. Which is a little pricey. BUT if you factor in that each full sized Urban Decay pencil costs $20.00, and you really think about it. It is totally worth it. Especially if you're looking to try out a bunch of colors.
The colors in the set are listed in the picture below.
(From Left to Right) Voodoo, Stargazer, Mugshot, Smokeout, Gonzo, Faint, Vacancy, Moonspoon, Glitter Rock, and the full sized Perversion.
These liners are SUPER pigmented, and Perversion is perfect for the waterline especially if you want it to stay all day. All the colors are beautiful! I especially love Stargazer, Smokeout, Vacancy, and Glitter Rock. I will definitely be getting a lot of use out of all the colors though. They are all so beautiful.
My next purchase was This! ->
Urban Decay's Heavy Metal Glitter Liner in "Distortion"
As you can see Distortion is a white or clear glitter with a duo-chrome that reflects all different colors. It was so difficult to get a photo of the swatch of this glitter liner. This is it by itself with just one layer ->

You can add layers if you want or put it over eye shadows, It is an amazing and beautiful glitter liner.
If you are looking for good glitter liners that aren't flakey or wear off after a little while, Urban Decay's glitter liners are where to go!
My next (And last actual purchase) is...

Tarte's "Lights Camera Lashes" 4-in-1 Mascara!
I have not tried this yet, but I have seen other reviews and heard a lot of good things about this mascara so I am going to give it a shot!
The last thing that I got from Sephora was this goody bag or "Season Set".
It is a makeup bag, filled with 8 sample/travel sized items!
There were 3 different choices. I chose the "A Bright Night Out" option. In my Goody Bag, there was

(Top to bottom on the Right) Loveswept Body Lotion, Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Pencil in "Black Velvet" (travel sized), a Chloe perfume sample, Marc Jacob's travel sized sheer lip gloss in "Kissibility", Kat Von D's liquid lipstick in "Bachelorette", Pharrel William's perfume sample in "Girl", Smashbox 24 hour eye shadow primer, and a Lancome mascara
Out of all the goodies in the goody bag, my absolute favorite is Kat Von D's Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in "Bachelorette". It is a gorgeous color. And it isn't glossy like a lip gloss. It dries and sets, looking exactly how a lipstick would. The two things I could have done without, (and gave to my mom, because she liked them), were the Loveswept lotion and the Pharrel William's perfume sample. Everything else that I got from the Season Set will get a lot of use. Including the Marc Jacob's lip gloss (even though I don't like lip gloss)

That was everything in my Sephora haul this round! If you have any questions, let me know. I will gladly answer them!

I cannot wait to get started creating looks with all my new eyeliners! I have so many ideas already!

BH Cosmetics "BH Party Girl After-Hours" Review

This is all of the colors in the palette, I swatched the colors going from the first row from left to right, then moving to the second row. There are 32 total colors in this palette, 4 of them are diamond shades, which are basically just extra sparkly shades. This palette has a LOT of purples and blues. If you don't like purple and blue eyeshadows then I would not recommend you get this palette.

This is the first shade in the palette. It's a dark eggplant purple, and when I swatched it the pay off was pretty good. It isn't exactly how it looks in the pot, but it is very close, and when I used it with a base (Nyx Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk) it did look a lot more like the color that is in the pot. (See Photo down below)

This is the second shade in the first row, In the pot it looks like a blue-toned purple, but when swatched it turned out to be more purple. But when I swatched it with the base underneath it it had more of the blue tones show through.

This is the third color in the first row, and to me it reminds me of Cinderella's dress that she wears to the ball. It's a very light pale blue with a lot of shimmer. When I swatched it without a base, it was very light, and was almost hard to see it against my pale skin. But with the white base underneath it it showed up a little bit darker and was still just as shimmery.

This color is a taupey color, with a lot of warm gray tones in it. It's matte and comes off looking very close to what it is in the pot even without a base. With the base it just shows up a little darker.

This shade kind of disappointed me. It's a matte black with blue and green glitters in it. But when swatched you only get one or two glitters that actually show up. With the base there seemed to be even less glitters,  but the black did show up darker. This color would've been an awesome color if the glitters had shown up more.

This color is a copper shade with a little bit more brown than orange. It's very shimmery and makes it almost look like a metalic copper, and of course with the base under it it comes off looking darker and more shimmery.

This color looks like a really light orangey-brown and for some reason it reminds me of a pale pumpkin, maybe because I'm in the spirit of Halloween and Fall. It's a very neutral shade, and would be a great color to wear on the lid for a little bit of orange to make blue eyes pop a little more. With the base uderneath it you see more of that orange showing through.

This is the last shade in the top row. It is an off-white very shimmery color. With just a primer on it looks white with a lot of shimmer but with the white base underneath it you see more of the yellow/off-white that it has.

This is the first color in the second row. It's a very shimmery silver, and when swatched it, like the copper shade in the first row, comes off looking almost metallic. The payoff with the silver shade is very good, it's a very pigmented shade, and with the base it comes off looking darker and would look good underneath the eye for a smudged smokey look.

This shade is a kind of navy blue with a lot of shimmer. When swatched you don't really get to see it's true color. It's kind of a dull navy blue that looks faded. But with the base under it you see the shimmers and the true dark navy blue.

This was a weird shade. It looks like a caramel brown in the pot, but when swatched it comes off as a dark brown. With the base you can see more of the orange-y tones in it, but it still looks more brown than in the pot.

This shade in the pot looks like a very light peachy-pink. When I swatched this one I was a little disappointed, because without a base under it you don't get that peachy pink color, its just a very light pastel pink. But with the base underneath it you do get its true color to show through.
This shade is a very shimmery hot pink. When swatched without a base you do get the hot pink color but it's not as bright and "in your face" but with the base underneath it you can see the bright hot pink that you get when you look at the color in the pot.

This is a periwinkle blue. A very light shimmery blue.  When swatched without a base it looks almost exactly how it looks in the pot, and with the white base under it, it looks darker than it does in the pot.

This shade is a dark plum shade, that looks a lot like the first color in this palette. It is a little bit different, but I don't think its necessary to have two shades that close to each other in color, Swatched both with the base and without it looks almost exactly how it does in the pot, of course with the base it has an extra boost of color.

This is one of my favorite shades in the palette and I don't think I've used it other than for these swatches, yet. It's a bright matte royal purple. When swatched without a base it looks amazing. Just how it does in the pot and there is no streaky-ness or areas where it didn't stick to the primer or base.

This shade is a very light lilac purple with a lot of shimmer, but when swatched with the white base under it you get a darker almost blue-violet purple.

This shade is a blue-toned purple with a lot of shimmers in it. When swatched with the white base it looks like a darker purple shade, a few shades lighter than the royal purple. The royal purple is the shade swatched to the far right of the photo below and this shade is the one highlighted with the red box.

This is another weird shade. I was really hoping this shade would come off as the really light sky blue that it looks like in the pot, but instead it came off pretty dark and without a base you can see it only showed up nicely on the top and the bottom like the color didn't stick in the middle when I applied it. With the white base it is still darker than I would've liked it to be, but it is  a better quality. This shade looks a lot like the two shades that are next to it in the palette when swatched.

This is the first of the diamond shades. It's a very, very shimmery glitter. When swatched it comes off as a darker blue than it looks like in the pot, but it is still very pretty, and with the white base it looks almost like a glittery royal blue.
This is the second diamond shade, which is a very glittery purple. When swatched with just the primer on under it, it's a little streaky, but with the white base it is bright and glittery. This shade looks a lot like a glittery version of the royal purple with the base under it.

This shade looks like a true-gold in the pot and when swatched it has more orange tones in it. It's still a very golden shade, but definitely darker than it looks like in the pot.

This shade looks like a shimmery burgundy color, but when swatched it comes off looking more like a red-brown, especially with the white base underneath it.

This shade reminds me of, I think it's called Faint in the Naked Basics palette. It's a very, very dark brown that is completely matte.

This one reminds me of the periwinkle blue from earlier but it's more purple than blue. When swatched with the white base it looks a lot like the royal purple which a few of the purple shades have turned out looking like.

This color was another disappointment, and maybe it's just mine. When I was trying to swatch this one, I had to kind of dig into the pot to get pigment. And even then, without a base it didn't show up looking very good. It was kind of streaky and pretty light still for a matte black. With the base, it was still not as dark as I would've liked it to be but it was a little darker.

Another weird shade. It looks like a nice light brown/tan shade, but when swatched it looks like a chocolate brown. It's a lot darker than it looks like in the pot, and with the base it's even darker.
This is the third of the four diamond shades. It's a silvery-purple color, which unfortunately when swatched looks almost exactly like the silver shade from the second row, none of the light purple really shows through at all.

This is the last of the diamond shades. It's a very hot pink that looks a lot like the shimmery hot pink from the second row, only with pink glitter added to it.

This shade in the pot looks like a little bit darker version of the lilac from earlier, but when swatched it comes off looking like a light grape-juice purple. It looks a lot darker swatched than it does in the pot. And of course even darker with the white base.
This color is another one of my favorites. It is a bright true-blue color. It swatched looking almost exactly how it did in the pot and with the base it's even brighter.

And the last shade in this palette is this matte white. When swatched it looks exactly like Nyx's Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk.

Overall I think this palette has a lot of colors that look really similar to each other, but the quality of all the shades is really good, especially since the price of the palette was not expensive at all. I think they should have had a little less purples especially with some of them looking almost exactly alike when swatched. But I think this is a really good palette and I will definitely get a lot of use out of it.

I hope that this review was helpful at all to anyone who was thinking about purchasing this palette. It's not a new palette but I thought I'd do a review for it anyway.
